The company:

My client is a leading Telecoms company, who operate in more than 170 countries across the world. They are current looking for an Mandarin Speaking IT service & Operation Engineer to work in their fantastic head office in Reading Berkshire.

Reading

Responsibility

• Design and implementation of business process covering LTC/OTC (Lead To Cash or Order To Cash), scenarios, especially for products/service delivery, the above business process should applies to company's business development.
• Connection between business & operation departments and the IT department, for development of IT systems to support the above mentioned scenarios.
• Design and implementation on corporate process efficiency measurement, covering different departments. With the measurement, to improve operation efficiency via business automation and process transparency.
• Set up of work flow for data governance and data operation.

Requirement:

• 3+ years of work experience in large or medium corporations on business process.
• Preferable experience with EPR or similar implementation.
• Project management experience with cross-function or cross unit scenario
• Business end-to-End analysis capabilities;
• Expert in Python, VBA, with knowledge of at least one Python web framework;
