Job title: Engineering Procurement Fulfilment Specialist (Mandarin Speaking)

Location: Reading or Manchester

We have an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to join a leading technology company on a long-term basis.

You will work with a young and dynamic team. The individual will have a basic understanding of the function of mobile networks and will be keen to start their career in a telecom environment.

What you will do:

• Service configuration publishing, cancelling and analyzing
• Subcontracting purchase request and purchase order releasing, cancelling and analyzing
• Prepare related meeting material and daily/weekly/monthly report to project team
• Create items in the system
• VR requirement management: subcontracting VR review; subcontracting risk monitoring and subcontracting training/rule streamlining
• Subcontracting PO acceptance: process AR acceptance submitted by subcontracting;
• Prepare the rectification project acceptance report, long overdue report, acceptance operation report and suspending weekly report;
• Provide guidance for subcontracting personnel to use the acceptance system and help subcontracting personnel solve system operation problems.

The ideal candidate:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Basic understanding of wireless/mobile networks
• Understanding project planning and project organisation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent communication skills both in Mandarin (Chinese) and English
