Location - London Paddington

Rate - from £90.40 per day to £109.04 per day PAYE

Duration - 3 month long term rolling contract

Responsibilities:

• Process order fulfillment and track status to ensure timely delivery according to customer requirement and internal regulation;
• Schedule project plan with HQ, check project status and identify project risk.
• Produce stock data analysis and initiate stock report based on the PSI Data
• Produce weekly delivery report.
• Liaison with customers to confirm delivery plan
• Review sell-through/sell out data
• Manage the forecast with HUB/HQ.
• Align monthly forecast with related KAMs and update in APS plan system.
• Use WOSP system to check SO status.
• Manage monthly and quarterly revenue forecast.
• Assist any other affairs and tasks accordingly.

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in logistic is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft office like Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
• Good English written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Mandarin.
• Able to listen and follow supervisor's instructions.
• Motivated self-starter with good time management skills.
• Ambitious and driven.
