We are looking for a great Logistics Stock Controller to join our client's expanding Head Office Team, with one the world's leading Mobile Telecoms Service Providers. You'll be part of a vibrant, agile team at the forefront of Mobile Telecoms and IT Technology.

The Role:

  • Manage the stock holding, working with the programmes to ensure forecasts are received.
  • Manage all stock within quarantine system and ensure that stock is investigated for re-use and re-deployment.
  • Work to maintain stock levels, including stock in field.
  • Work with Design to ensure recent products are being deployed.
  • Ensure Vendors are delivering to time and expectations, managing any exceptions.
  • Managing warehouse stock levels including testing, DOA's and audits.
  • Work with supplier to drive through updates and ensure stock levels are mitigated.
  • Review of processes, reports and procedures and look for continuous improvements.
  • Supporting the team with additional work priorities and daily activity.
  • Responsible for supplying regular updates to the Logistics Manager.
  • Responsible for ensuring all are adhering to processes in place and working to support where necessary.
  • Responsible for checking the data integrity of reports supplied stock levels.
  • Working with the Logistics Manager, manage the information provided to be able to report to Senior Management in a confident manner.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience of motivating and managing outsource Suppliers to agreed time, cost and quality targets.
  • Awareness of managing the natural tensions between customers, commercial and technical requirements.
  • Experience of process development and optimisation.
  • Experience of process development and optimisation.
  • Finance knowledge with experience of working with internal controls and external audit teams on business risk and mitigation.
  • Telecommunications industry experience.
