Legal Counsel - Unilateral Property

A leading global telecoms company is looking for a Legal Counsel to provide high quality, nimble and commercially focused property legal and dispute resolution support.

Provide support for the Unilateral Lead in managing all aspects of legal work associated with the Unilateral estate as, including both non contentious transactional aspects and property litigation through the County Court and the Land Tribunal, covering renewals, modifications and acquisitions in relation to their portfolio of sites.

Be part of a team responsible for a range of activities including:

1. delivering robust and legally sound contracts while ensuring effective contract management;
2. governance across all disciplines;
3. dispute resolution and management; and
4. supporting the property team on all aspects of property acquisition, disposal and estate management

This role will suit a junior qualified solicitor or experienced legal executive with good working knowledge of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. You will have excellent MS Office skills and the ability to handle large workloads and to adapt and learn new skills.

Experience of working in Telecommunications, Commercial or Real Estate Litigation; in house legal team and volume portfolio management would be a big advantage.
