This leading telecoms company are seeking an experience Legal Counsel to join them on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a great in-house team!

You will be providing commercially focused property legal and dispute resolution support in regards to ongoing management of the network in-excess of 20,000 site across all property and telecommunication issues

• Managing and advising up on legal issues with Site Providers and other third parties
• Provide full legal support to the property and operations teams including accurate advice on the Telecommunications Act 1984 and the Communications Act 2003

You will have a previous experience with in Property Law and telecoms is an advantage!
