legal Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel- Commercial- Technology

I have some unique opportunities for a leading communications company in Berkshire on a permanent basis. We are looking for a Legal Counsel and a Senior Legal Counsel with Commercial experience within the technology space.

As the Legal Counsel you will be responsible for supporting outsourced commercial agreements and procurement activities within the business.

Your responsibilities will include;

• Advising on and shaping the structure and set up of commercial agreements and procurement contracts.
• Collaborating closely with internal clients and members of the shareholder legal teams to ensure timely updates, escalation of issues and identification of risks to relevant business, legal and executive leads.
• Contribute strategically and tactically to multi party discussions around technical and commercial needs.
• Engaging with key suppliers.
