The Company:

A UK Telecoms company, with very ambitious growth plans in place. They operate in a completely customer centric environment, in an attractive, modern and exciting workplace. They are currently seeking a Learning Design Specialist to join their Berkshire based team on an interim basis, to design both classroom based and e-learning training materials.

Context

This role will use a broad range of tools and techniques to design training, in order to meet all our people and customer service needs. Working closely with key stakeholders in the business to understand the customer's needs, create or curate the right learning to support everything from compliance to customer service training.

Job Purpose

Identify, design, develop and implement solutions that build people capability within a business area in order to enable the effective delivery of business outcomes. Work cross- functionally with a variety of internal stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of objectives. Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for external partners to ensure the provision of services that meet expectations

Key Requirements

• Experience with Learning Design either within a Consultancy or large corporate fast paced consumer business
• Practical experience of using Articulate 360 tool
• Experience of designing digital learning in addition to classroom training and experience based learning
• Video editing experience
