Project People are supporting a secondary school based in Berkshire. The school is seeking to appoint a Lead Practitioner in Design & Technology on a permanent basis from January 2020.
Salary range: £41,000 - £47,000 (Dependent on experience)
The school has recently received an excellent OFSTED inspection in May 2019 and are on their journey to become an 'Outstanding' rated school. Their success has been built upon high standards and clear expectations.

The successful person will be a dynamic and highly effective Design & Technology specialist now at the stage to move to a Lead Practitioner.
You will have a proven track record of success. The successfully appointed person will lead a range of high quality professional development activities, including training delivery, coaching, mentoring and outreach support, as well as leading the development of teaching and learning.
