Lead Delivery Architect (VMWare / Azure) - Security Cleared - Contract - Berkshire

*please note that a national security clearance is required for this role but candidates not holding this level of clearance may be considered.

Leading IT Managed Services Provider in the defense sector required a skilled Lead Delivery Architect on an ongoing contract basis to join their team in Berkshire (some home working available).

The project require a migration expert with experience in :

• On premises multi-tenant cloud platforms (VMware / Azure).
• Network micro-segmentation.
• Migration tooling.
• Virtual and physical networking / security.
• Ideally experience in migrating from VMware to Azure.

The Lead Delivery Architect will be able to prepare HLDs/LLDs and testing plans, and also take a lead on stakeholder management, so will require excellent customer facing skills, as well as experience of leading a team of specialist Architects / SME within the bounds of a secure environment.
