Lead Business Analyst

The Lead Business Analyst will perform the following core responsibilities whilst on this Government project:

• Own and drive the definition of the Data Model for one or more types.
• Look to improve the way the data model is currently articulated in Excel. Mature our ways of working to make it easier to scale up multiple data models and understand how one differs from the other -Common Data Dictionary , Enrichment Definition, Process mapping where appropriate ,Business Scenario tests ,Business Scenario test data.
• Look to readily identify logically grouped functionality so that it can be delivered in an incremental way, not all or nothing. To both improve the way we work with our testing & institute of export colleagues.
• Produce business scenario tests in conjunction with our test team to ensure we have the clarity to be able to test accurately the full scope of each automated declaration submission.
• Build a consensus for the core declaration process and specialisms of each data model.
• Be a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity.
• Familiar of or willing to learn Agile, particularly SAFe.
• Support junior Business Analysts.
