Junior Retail Recruiter - any recruitment background considered

Recruiters needed for an exciting fast paced, high volume project.

Working in partnership with Store Managers across the UK fulfilling all Retail Advisor resourcing requests.

Ensuring a positive candidate and client experience throughout.

Process involves sifting and telephone interviewing all candidates who pass the online assessment and then progress to interview with Store Managers. Overseeing offer process and ensuring candidates are onboarded correctly and in a timely manner.

All recruitment industry backgrounds considered. Project would suit someone who can work at speed and is familiar with high volume recruitment.

Contract, day rates, can be based from home, start July.
