Junior IT Support Analyst (1st Line Support)

3 Month Rolling Contract

Witney, Oxfordshire

A fantastic new contract opportunity has arisen for a Junior IT Support Analyst to join my client - a high end travel company, at their offices in Witney. Due to the rural location of their offices, candidates' will need to have their own mode of transport.

As Junior IT Support Analyst you will be responsible for providing 1st line support to internal customers, this can include - PC hardware and software support, PC builds, asset management, software installation, processing user accounts (updating, processing leavers etc), maintaining printers and general IT assistant duties.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to get into IT, who already has some 1st line support and now looking to work for a company with international offices and expand their remit.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience with providing 1st line support
  • Microsoft Operating systems
  • Microsoft office
  • Active Directory
  • MS Exchange
  • MS SharePoint
  • Citrix (beneficial)
  • Basic understanding of VOIP telephony systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise and adhere to SLAs
  • Capable of working under pressure
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Self-motivated and flexible to work as part of a team or independently
