Role: Junior Infrastructure Architect - Cloud

Location: Dublin/Republic Of Ireland

Length: Permanent Role

The Role:

A leading global IT company are looking for a Cloud Architect to join their team in order to drive Cloud Adoption for their customers.

The role will involve building a detailed understanding of the client's offerings and services and how they apply to the Irish market.

You will work with the clients customers in order to;

• Define organisational change in relation to cloud adoption.
• Develop and coordinate cloud architecture.
• Develop cloud strategy and coordinate adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate cloud architecture across various areas within the organisation.
• Designing highly scalable, secure solutions.
• Infrastructure and Networking.
• Operational support of Cloud Solutions.
• Design Authority for FCMS Solutions.
• Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Security, Privacy and Compliance.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a computer science, engineering, information technology discipline or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Cloud technologies.
• Experience of designing and implementing Cloud Solutions desirable.
• An understanding of migration solutions into the Cloud desirable.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Curiosity & enthusiasm for the role & the desire to learn deep technical skills.

• Prepared to work closely with customers (on-site) and other architects to capture and analyse business needs & strategic information requirements.
