Java Developer / Software Engineer - Java 8 - Contract - London
A leading IT services company is searching for a Java Developer / Software Engineer to join their team in London on a long-term contract basis. Due to the nature of the role the successful candidate will require SC clearance.
The Java Developer / Software Engineer should have strong experience of Java 8 Spring Framework.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong Java 8 knowledge (Spring Framework).
- Agile / Scrum experience.
- Experience of delivering compelling cloud native applications using web technologies and both the creation and consumption of APIs.
- Experience of creating RESTful micro-services, to be consumed by Single Page Web applications.
- Experience of open source databases and NOSQL databases such as MongoDB.
