Java Developer (Core Java/Full Stack/React)

Java Developer (Core Java, Full Stack, React, Agile, DB, SQL, CI/CD, DevOps, Jenkins, Sonar, RDBMS, NoSQL, Web UI, Angular, JQuery, Software Consulting, Financial Services, Investment Banking) is urgently required by our client for a permanent role, to be based in London, UK.

Responsibilities & Skills:

• Must have strong full stack, core java and Reach knowledge and experience
• Good understanding of Comp Sci fundamentals and strong problem solving skills
• Experienced Java development with experience of working within finance/investment banking.
• Strong knowledge around either Front-End/Back-End Java Development.
• Exposure or background in Full Stack Java Development
• Designing and Developing custom and complex solutions using Java and other programming languages
• Managing the project software delivery lifecycle
• Experience of commercial software development experience using Java
• Experience of service oriented architecture development
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of DB technologies and SQL
• Skilled in interpreting and applying technical data.
• Excellent client facing skills and experience
• Experience with messaging technologies
• Understanding of CI/CD principles
• Knowledge of DevOps tools, e.g. Jenkins, Sonar
• Experience with multiple database technologies (RDBMS or NoSQL)
• Knowledge of Web UI technologies (including Angular/JQuery)
• Financial Services and/or Software Consulting experience.
• Partnering effectively with client project teams
• Experience of working in client-facing environments
