Job Description
ITIL Service Director (Oracle, ITSM, Service Management) is urgently required by our Global IT Services Client, for an initial contract until 31/12/2021 (home working role). This is for a Retail Customer.
We are looking for a candidate with the following background:
- Oracle
- Service Management.
- Experience dealing at Board Level
- Must be very experienced dealing with commercials and high level Financials.
- Strong negotiator
- Experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders each with their own priorities.
