IT Recruitment Consultant - Permanent Hires

As a key Resource Partner you will manage recruitment delivery into our customers who are global IT services and telecoms organisations. Build excellent relationships by supporting and consulting on recruitment processes, talent management and employer branding.

The Role

• Deliver innovative resourcing solutions
• Build excellent relationships with our customers and internal team
• Support recruitment best practise across all hiring communities
• Maximising the candidate and hiring manager experience
• Advise on Talent Strategy and recruitment related topics
• Provide first class business partnering to our customer's Senior Management Team, ensuring they are kept aware of recruitment progress and related matters.

Ensure Project People exceed service delivery targets by constantly seeking to improve talent sourcing strategy. Provide a transparent view both internally and to our customers of performance metrics and market trends establishing yourself as a credible consultant in your areas of specialism.

Knowledge & Experience

Ideally you will have a proven record in an MSP/RPO environment but solid IT recruitment experience across the whole lifecycle would be sufficient. You will be comfortable communicating complex ideas to all levels of an organisation and enjoy devising innovative solutions that deliver real value.

Project management skills would be real advantage along with an ability to deal with ambiguity and drive requirements to outcome.
