This will be reporting into the Infrastructure Manager, and will support the organisation by being responsible for responding to all incidents and requests that come into the IT Service Desk.
Role will include Hardware Management, System Access Management, Service Management, System Induction Training.
What the role will be doing:
This role will support the organisation by being responsible for responding to all incidents and requests that come into the IT Service Desk. The role will cover managing daily requests and support issues, escalating / reassigning where appropriate and prioritising accordingly, in line with laid down SLA's. It will also incorporate maintaining the Mobile & hardware inventory for the business and providing access to internal and shareholder systems as appropriate.
What experience is needed:
- Some experience of working in a 1st line support role and Office 365.
- Technically good with MS Desktop and Windows operating system.
