Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to work for a leading recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) organisation by joining a first class internal talent team.

Working directly with the hiring community in taking briefs, designing go to market strategy, talent planning and pipelining, interviewing candidates against values and behaviours as well as skills, competitor/talent mapping, managing feedback process, negotiating packages and offers of employment, delivering innovation and value adds, reporting and database management, building trusted relationships along the way and always ensuring a positive candidate and client experience.

Candidates must be experienced IT Recruiters.

Homeworking during Covid. Office location is central Reading.

No business development as we work directly with the business and run the recruitment function directly with the client stakeholders.
