Intermediate BI specialist
Contract position
Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid Working)
Great opportunity to work as BI specialist for a high profile , well-loved brand within IT Service company in Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid working). We are a looking for Business Intelligence specialist to support Customer Operations. This role reports directly to a manager within the BI function of Customer Operations.
Responsibilities:
- The specialist will assist with delivery of analysis and reporting across Customer Operations
- Deliverables will include analysis, monitoring, and measurement of performance, processes, changes and continuous improvement initiatives
- The specialist will manage and support resolution of report related functional and technical queries from business owners.
Required Skills :
- Minimum of 3 years experience in report specification, design and delivery
- Experience in report specification, design and delivery within SAP BO environment.
- Relevant knowledge in SQL (Oracle/SQL Server)
- Experience in creating Data Visualisation and Business Intelligence Reporting Dashboards including Power BI
- Proficient in Microsoft suite particularly highly proficient in Excel
