Incident Manager - Berkshire - Permanent - ASAP - ITIL - Telecoms
Incident Manager required for a leading mobile telecoms company, to manage incidents and complete reports for major incident review and incident trend analysis while maintaining a good relationship with the customer.
- The successful Incident manager will have worked in a similar role within mobile telecoms and have an understanding of how a mobile telecoms network works, have in-depth understanding of ITIL, and understanding of billing/CRM systems. Strong communication skills and capable of leading and managing urgent or important issues.
- Also, very important to this role will be experience of working with vendor/partner/3rd party incident and problem functions to manage and drive incident resolution and challenge incidents and escalations.
