Incident Manager - Berkshire - Contract - ASAP - ITIL - Telecoms
Incident Manager required for a leading mobile telecoms company, to manage incidents and complete reports for major incident review and incident trend analysis.
The role will involve assurance of 3rd party incident management teams as well as supporting P1 and P2 incidents that arise across the entire business which includes Networks, IT stack, facilities, property etc
The successful Incident manager will have worked in a similar role within mobile telecoms or IT Services companies and have in-depth understanding of ITIL.
Strong communication skills and capable of leading and managing urgent or important issues.
