Incident Analyst - Flexible Working Available - Contract - Berkshire

Are you an Incident Analyst, who's looking for a new challenge that also offers flexibility to work from home? A well-known high profile telecommunications client based in Berkshire is looking for someone to join on an initial 6 month contract.

The main focus of this position will be to chase down current outstanding tickets as well as resolve existing ones in a timely manner. Please note this is not a hands on role, where you'll be resolving the tickets yourself.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensuring the incidents are managed in a timely and efficient manner
• Determining the priority of incident and escalating as necessary
• Interpretation and analysing multiple data sources to produce solutions
• Appointing time to most important priorities for the business and shareholders
• Following the best practises and processes

Key requirements/ experience of:

• Incident management and escalation management experience
• Knowledge of network technology, telecommunications/ telecoms
• Experience of BMC and IPCM tools
• Ability to work under pressure
• Customer and resolution focused mind set
