IFS Reporting & Support Analyst

MBNL are looking to recruit an IFS Reporting & Support Analyst. The role will be responsible for making sure that the core and critical IFS business process (mainly Project, system administration, Finance, reporting and ad-hoc IFS queries) are supported and business disruption is mitigated.

What the IFS Reporting & Support Analyst can expect to be doing:

  • Work with the corresponding Business Area Super User (i.e., Process owner) to:
  • Triage the tickets raised through Ricoh service desk and devise the effective resolution path
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve the problem ticket within SLA
  • If SLA is likely to be breached, agree rectification plan with stakeholders and escalate the case in accordance with the MBNL operations impact severity
  • Manage the ticket system and case resolution on IFS ticket portal
  • Keep track and KPI reporting on ticket resolution performance
  • Prioritise tickets based on business impact
  • Document IFS system administration policy and procedures
  • Manage IFS system administration including but not limited to user set up, logical security controls management (including permission set, user profile, permission grant), small to medium custom configuration
  • Support recurring and ad-hoc data analytics through SQL and IFS business analytic report / quick report development
  • Liaise with Business Area Super User, external consultants and suppliers and act as key technical contact point (i.e., ensure business requirements are translated into technical development and proper test plan and support model) for any change request for the Project Management Module and Finance
  • Monitor the background job performance and manage IFS licence utilisation
  • Plan and coordinate regression testing with business area super user for system patches, upgrades or change request implementation

The successful IFS Reporting & Support Analyst will have:

  • IFS knowledge is required
  • Good stakeholder management
  • Advanced SQL skills & SAS experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • IT literate
  • Business improvement experience - Nice to have
  • Telco background desirable
