The Role:

We are seeking a HR Advisor to join the People team here at MBNL. This will initially be on a 4-month contract based in our Reading head office 5 days per week.

This role provides leads on HR projects, manages the full lifecycle of ER cases, and provides HR support across the organisation.

What you can expect to be doing:

  • Leading on employee consultations - individually or collectively
  • Collaborating with the wider People team on insourcing projects
  • Employee facing
  • Managing and following HR processes in accordance with employment law
  • Employee relations

What we are looking for:

  • Ability to manage ER cases
  • Experience in employee consultations
  • Understanding of employment law
  • Experience in any of the following: TUE, redundancies, or ER Processes
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excel skills
