Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a household name in the Telecommunications industry, in a dynamic leadership role, as Head of Operations Support System.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the pace and direction of the Technology and Operations effort. They must set the highest standards for OSS deliveries and ensure that greatest benefits are derived from supplier relationships and solutions.

Key responsibilities:

-the development of innovative and cost-effective technology roadmaps for OSS, supporting the business strategy;

-ensuring the effective operation of the OSS infrastructure;

-aligning the OSS budget to meet the financial targets of the business;

-lifecycle management of solutions from the formulation of ideas through to the technical acceptance of solutions delivered back from the technology delivery partners.

Ideally, you will have:

-experience of delivering complex technical solutions that meet business requirements within a Telecoms business;

-experience in providing leadership and direction for medium to large sized teams of multi-disciplinary professionals;

-ability to deliver high-quality and timely technical solutions to meet business roadmaps and requirements.
