Job Description
Head of New Business Solutions required to run Permanent Recruitment Department across the UK.
Grow permanent recruitment business revenue and win new opportunities.
Design strategy, sales and marketing plan and execute.
Recruit and grow the sales force, set targets, deliverables, drive performance. Manage and direct the permanent recruitment team ensuring delivery against targets set.
Applicants must have experience of managing a permanent new business recruitment team.
