Head of Centre

Project People are supporting a SEN provision based in Berkshire. The school is seeking to appoint a Head of Centre on a permanent basis from January 2020.

Salary range: £54,900 - £61,000 (Dependent on experience)

The specialist unit caters for pupils aged 11-19 on the autistic spectrum. The unit is connected to a secondary school, but has it's own dedicated buildings within a fifteen-minute walk and three-minute drive of the main school site.

As Head of Centre, you will oversee the day-to-day leadership and management of the provision, as well ensuring high quality provision and standards for all learners. You will be an experienced senior leader with extensive experience as a SEN practitioner with a proven track record of success.

The school has recently received an excellent OFSTED inspection in May 2019 and are on their journey to become an 'Outstanding' rated school. Their success has been built upon high standards and clear expectations.
