Exit Programme Manager
12 month contract
Home based with occasional travel to London and Midlands (post-Covid)
Very urgent need for a contract Exit Programme Manager to direct contract exit for an IT services company from a large telco customer.
The role will entail the following aspects and so the successful candidate will have recent demonstrable competence across each are across several successful programme exits:
Deal with a customer who doesn't want to comply with their obligations and is comfortable managing and resolving conflict
Solid senior stakeholder management both internally and externally overseeing and steering interaction between the customer and the bidder.
Robust financial management experience of £XM budgets and manage the commercial elements of the exit.
Own the Exit plan including setting up and maintaining status and exception reporting. Setup the exit governance process and have experience of managing an exit team.
