As an Executive Search Researcher, you will support our Executive Search Consultants in growing the business as you engage with both clients and candidates. Attending client briefings, undertaking long-listing research & build out followed by short-list preparation. You will use your natural inquisitive nature to source talent and attend candidate interviews. You will develop and network with industry sources, produce market maps of target companies and candidates and develop a deep knowledge of each client and their business.
The ideal candidate for this Executive Search Researcher role will have at least 1 years' experience in an identical role or as a Recruitment Consultant looking to make the step across into Executive Search. You will be naturally inquisitive, results driven with an impressive track record of achievement in a professional environment.
Understanding how to research candidates using modern tools and techniques and being able to quickly asses them against a detailed role and person specification is hugely important.
