Executive Assistant - Jobshare - Wednesday/Thursday/Friday

Exciting new opportunity for an organised and experienced Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to join a travel company based in Witney, Oxfordshire. This role is a job share and you would be required to work 2-3 days a week, either Thursday and Friday or Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Must have a driver's licence (occasional driving might be required) but not necessarily own vehicle.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting Directors/Senior Managers as well as a passion for the travel industry.

As Executive Assistant you would be in charge of various tasks in order to support the directors as much as possible, including:

- administrative tasks as required including opening, responding to and distributing post, filing, faxing, printing and binding, e-mail and diary management, collating, recording and reconciling the monthly credit card statements and expenses of the directors, proof reading documentation and preparing or developing presentations and other ad hoc projects

- organising of the directors' travel and accommodation arrangements where necessary; liaising with in-house ticketing team, loading onto the CRS, completing/ producing any necessary supporting documentation (ABC or booking forms, visas, final itineraries)

- providing a central point of contact and administrative support for the Board: liaising
regarding travel arrangements, paperwork or presentations and coordinating reservations and group logistics for offsite/ overseas meetings

- organising, diarising and providing administrative support for all director-led meetings where required

- working closely with the Leadership Teams across multi-site offices and providing support in achieving the strategic goals and meeting deadlines as outlined by the directors

- working closely with the Client Experience Team (Operations) ensuring that escalated complaints are responded to by directors in a timely manner

- working closely with the HR team on Internal Communications to ensure consistent and timely communications of key messages from Monthly Company Meetings to AGMs

- working with the Social Committee (across multi-site offices) to communicate, coordinate and assist the directors in organising employee events e.g. Company Breakfasts, Quarterly 'surprise and delight' company events

- establishing solid relationships with local businesses
