Environment Manager (Core & RAN Network)



A permanent opportunity has arisen working for a rapidly growing company operating within the Mobile Telecoms industry as their Environment Delivery Manager. This is a key role delivering end to end testing of new prototypes and devices within test environment for the Core and Radio Access Network. Due to the nature of this role we can only consider applicants who have experience delivering end to end testing of prototypes and new devices within Core and Radio Access Network.

As Environment Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Management and support of all environments through the life of each project, through process and governance frameworks
  • Develop Test Environment requirements - take stakeholder requirements and translate into test environment requirements
  • Manage the test environment communication, ensuring all stakeholders are kept up to date
  • Manage, coach and develop your test team
  • Health & safety - working environment and team

Skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Technology, Mobile Network ecosystem experience
  • Understanding of Test Environment Manager
  • Must have experience of managing a team with diverse capabilities in a challenging environment
  • Deep knowledge of telecommunications and IT operating procedures (ITIL, ISTQB, Project Management and Software Delivery Lifecycle)
  • Ability to handle a range of activities and manage in a fast changing environment
