Contract position

Telford (on-site role)

We are looking for a someone who would like to pursue a career in IT. This is a great opportunity to work as Entry Level Desktop Engineer role and develop your skills through the train and mentoring process we have in place

If you are familiar or have a basic understanding of some of the following we would be delighted to talk to you…

  • Windows 10
  • Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, MS Teams and OneDrive)
  • Apple devices
  • Hardware Familiarity (Desktop, Laptop, Printers)
  • PC Hardware\Software support
  • Active Directory
  • Basic networking

You will develop your technical skills by working as part of our team in Telford to fault find and resolve technical issues that end users maybe experiencing. When trained you will be expected to work on the Virtual Tech Table assisting end users with technical issues
