Enterprise Management (EM) Architect - Data Centre Toolsets - Permanent - Bracknell or Basingstoke

A global IT services company is searching for an Enterprise Management (EM) Architect to join their team in Bracknell or Basingstoke on a permanent basis.

A national security clearance is required for this role but candidates not holding this level of clearance will be considered.

We are searching for an Enterprise Management Architect who is able demonstrate significant knowledge and experience of IT system management tools for:-

• Server Event Monitoring and log analysis.
• System patching and automated software delivery.
• Service Desk build and configuration.
• Automated Incident logging and scripting for automated fixes.
• Intelligent systems for root cause analysis and fault prediction.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Experience of Management Tool Design, Planning and Deployment in data centre environments.
• Experience of MS System Center Operations Manager, Tripwire and ArcSight.
• A strong operational understanding of IT Service and Support.
• The ability to write coherent, concise, and readable technical documentation.
• Experience of working with sensitive systems in secure environments is expected.

We are looking for an innovative Management Tools Architect with system design and build experience and the ability to document and implement appropriate architectures and tools required by our customers. The successful applicant will become the toolset SME within a project team, responsible for all management tool design, deployment and system acceptance into service. This is a dynamic role that plays an integral part in Fujitsu's deployment of new systems.
