Domain Architect Pre Sales, (Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM). Permanent Role. UK based

Domain Architect to work within Presales specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (primarily CRM). You will have a proven background in the design and implementation of cloud, hybrid or on premise CRM solutions to multiple customers. You will have experience in devising CRM solutions to meet these requirements. Working closely with other units and disciplines including sales, business development, architects and delivery units. You will act as the point of contact for the customer to prove credibility and ability to execute, managing customer expectations and issues with regards to ongoing opportuntities.

Essential Skills

You will have a proven track record successfully defining and articulating solutions based on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform in an on premise, online or hybrid environment. Your knowledge and experience should include many or all of the following: * Business knowledge and context of the use and value of Microsoft technologies including Dynamics CRM * Articulation of Dynamics CRM functionality, features, approach and business benefits * Understanding of the evolution of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and future roadmap * Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, hybrid and on premise commercials and their implications * Integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM to multiple back office systems within your customer's enterprise; strong technical knowledge of business processes and integration within Dynamics CRM environments * Expert at using Microsoft Dynamics CRM core modules * Experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK and other CRM Accelerators for Dynamics CRM * Experience installing and scaling out Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 or later * CRM customisation (including entity and security model) experience * Client application extensions (e.g. CSS, HTML, Javascript web resources) * Plugins and custom processes/workflows * Dynamics CRM web services * CRM reports using Advanced Find, FetchXML, SSRS Filtered views


Desirable Skills

Expertise and experience of the following will be of benefit: * AX skills * Microsoft Dynamics CRM accreditation's * Microsoft Social Engagement * Migrating legacy systems, including non-Microsoft platforms, to Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, hybrid or on premise architectures * Geographically disperse solutions, including global CRM deployments * Microsoft Dynamics AX or other offerings in the Dynamics suite * Microsoft Office365 * Experience in the Microsoft platform in general, and knowledge of other offerings * Experience of Waterfall, Agile and SCRUM methods. * Licensing and Service Models for all of the above * Estimation and costing of solutions
