Job Description
Digital Scrum Master. Berkshire. 6 month+ contract.
Leading mobile telecoms communication company is seeking a number of Digital Scrum Masters to work on a contract basis, each role will git in to specific focus areas:
- E-Commerce
- Find & Fix
- ChatBot & Alexa
- Able to guide and coach the existing team around processes, rituals etc.
- Must be confident, good stakeholder management experience
- Need to be strong with facilitation
- Needs to be able to bring people together to solve problems
- Someone who can identify any team issues, and solve them
- Need to be highly proactive
- Need to be the type who can empower team members
- Should be Scrum certified
