Job Description
Recruiter / Resource Partner (Digital)
Reading - Currently remote but post restriction will be onsite with flexibility
6 months initially
Start ASAP
A Leading Telecommunication company requires an experienced Digital Recruiter to work on Contract basis from Reading office.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing, speaking with candidates,
- Partnering line managers to understand requirements.
- Managing the End to End recruitment process - sourcing, managing candidates through the recruitment lifecycle, business partnering, interviewing etc.
Skills Required:
- Background in the Digital/Tech requirements.
- Proven track record of sourcing across a high volume of permanent roles
- Strong experience with the recruitment of technical roles within Digital/AI/Machine Learning/Tech sector
- Proven recruitment experience of roles at all levels
- Excellent talent pooling ability
- Any experience working within transformation may be beneficial
- Good experience of using ATS i.e. Taleo would be beneficial
- Strong use of sourcing tools, especially LinkedIn recruiter
