Digital Designer

I am currently recruiting a Digital Designer to work for our client in their fantastic office in the heart of London. Our client is looking for an experienced designer who has a good understanding of HTML 5 and JavaScript as well as being able to design exciting digital content with Adobe software such as Photoshop.

As a Digital Designer you'll be responsible for:

* Working with the Western Europe Studio Team to ensure the completion of:
o Onsite digital content creation and quick turnaround adaptation
o Supporting creative asset builds for digital marketing activity including HTML email newsletters and
display banners
o Creating static and animated digital banners for campaigns and other activations
* Participating in brainstorms where applicable
* Ability to follow a strict brand and digital content guidelines

Skills and experience necessary for this role:

* Experience and expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop
* Good understanding of HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3 and Sketch (desirable)
* Understanding of UX / UI design
* Understanding of Sizmek programming
* Innovative and broad digital portfolio
* Up to date knowledge of digital asset design best practice
* Knowledge of animation, video production and apps beneficial
* Comfortable with both Mac and PC
* Ability to handle a variety of tasks and projects simultaneously
* Commitment to responsiveness, high-quality work, confidentiality and customer service
* A good artistic eye and an understanding of the graphics requirements of a project
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Work well in a fast-paced environment
* Manage time effectively, to multi-task and meet deadlines
* Detail-oriented individual who reviews his/her work carefully
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently
