Job Description

A leading mobile operator are currently recruiting for a DICI Manager to join their growing team on a contract basis.

Job Purpose

As a DICI Manager you will be responsible for the planning and management of the 4G & 5G DICI services throughout the delivery process.

Reporting to the Deployment Lead you will ensure work is executed inline with the project requirements and act as a central point of contact for delivery activities. You will work closely with Delivery and Build managers to ensure efficiency and "right first time" delivery.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Demonstrable experience in leading and managing DICI delivery, preferably within a Swap project environment
  • Experience of working on large Network Rollout programmes with commercial awareness and experience of delivering to budgets.
  • Experience of managing and working with third party suppliers
  • Knowledge and experience of Radio products and general site design principles as they apply to the role, 4G as a minimum with 5G preferred.
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills
  • Experience of managing and working with third party suppliers
  • Ability to challenge and influence key stakeholders
  • Experience in tackling challenges with perseverance to overcome multiple obstacles
  • Lead and coordinate Delivery requirements and support Commercial and Technical topics relating to Network Rollout of various radio products

Key responsibilities

  • Accountable for DICI delivery services of multiple vendors: from site instruction through to site acceptance
  • Co-ordinate third parties to ensure sites are delivered to Contractual and Network requirements.
  • Actively handle issues or dependencies throughout the pre and post activation lifecycle that may impact the commencement or acceptance of a site.
  • Ensure site deployments align with all Health & Safety, CDM, ICNIRP and any other legislative requirements applicable to on site work (and any changes to these requirements)
  • Ensure Delivery critical metric measurements are in place and continually reported on
  • Capability to manage numerous site level projects running concurrently
