Job Description
Desktop/Deskside/Help-Desk 2nd Line Support Engineer (Tech Bar/VIP & Exec/Win10/O365) is urgently required by our Global IT Services Company for an initial 6 months rolling contract, to be based in London, UK (5 days on-site).
Responsibilities & Skills:
- Duties include working on a Tech Bar, call management and updating, CMDB updating and management, VIP support, stock management/IT Asset Management (ordering/deliveries)
- Tech Bar, Help Desk, Deskside support experience required
- Windows 10 and O365 support
- VIP/Senior Management support experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have strong face to face IT support experience
- Excellent client facing experience
