Duration: Rolling 3-months
A national security clearance is required for this role but candidates not holding this level of clearance will be considered.
The role itself encompasses managing fault calls, service requests, and planned changes, VOIP telephony support, High-level AV support, VIP Support, Smart-Hands support and manning a 'TechDeck' (PC/Laptop builds, OS configuration, AD administration, some hardware repair), Windows 10. This position will require an engineer capable of building key relationships with end-users, including VIP/Executives/Senior Management and their support staff. Call management.
