Desktop 2nd Line Support Engineer (Security Cleared) - Oxford - Contract.
A global IT services company is searching for a Desktop 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their team on a contract basis in Oxford.
A national security clearance is required for this role but candidates not holding this level of clearance will be considered.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing fault calls, service requests and planned changes, VOIP telephony support, High level AV support, VIP Support, Smart-Hands support and manning the a 'TechDeck'. (PC/Laptop builds, OS configuration, AD administration, some hardware repair) Windows 10 . This position will require an engineer capable of building key relationships with end users, including VIP/Executives/Senior Management and their support staff. Call management. Some project work may be required.
