This leading telecoms company are seeking an experienced Demand Analyst to join their busy Demand team.
Reporting into the Lead Demand Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for demand, responsible for receiving, validating, accepting or rejecting demand requests into the business.
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Database management
- Change management
- Processing Service Order Requests (SOR)
- Stakeholder & supplier management
Key Skills & Experience
- Good with MS Excel - experienced with V-Lookups, Pivot tables etc.
- Engaging - Able to challenge effectively, and engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Adaptable - Able to work within a complex environment where demand can change quickly
- Able to ensure demand meets pre-defined validation
- Able to use workflow tools
- Car owner / driver - due to location (Near M4)
