Role: Demand Analyst
Location: Theale (Hybrid Working)
Duration: Permanent Role
The Role:
Our Client, a leading telecom's company, are looking for a Demand Analyst to join their team based in Theale.
You will be the first point of contact for our clients demand, and responsible for receiving, validating, accepting or rejecting demand requests into the business, using a pre-defined validation criterion and SLAs to ensure works requested are within the company's scope and budget.
You will also work with internal & external stakeholders to build and maintain relationships to ensure effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing Impact Assessment Requests from Anchor Tenants.
- Effectively process all Service Order Requests and Change Requests that are received by the Demand team.
- Use key business reports and financial information to ensure that requests are within business scope, budget and forecasts.
- Ensure all Data input is cleansed and valid to maintain quality data records.
- Support, develop and maintain business relationships by working with internal & external stakeholders to deliver quality demand profiles.
- Resolve any issues/queries to ensure all demand achieves contractual SLAs under the MSA.
- Proactively manage general demand queries from suppliers to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong Administrative, Database Management or Project Coordination background.
- Experience in a Data Management and Program Support.
- Educated to A level or Degree level within a Technical, Numerical or Communications discipline desirable.
- Demonstrable experience of working accurately within pre-defined guides and processes.
- Previous experience within a Telecoms environment is beneficial.
- Strong Team oriented individual who is able to work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to raise Service Order requests, Raise PO's, Change Requests, WIP Reports and Query resolution and handling from a Shared inbox.
- Strong Excel Skills (especially V-Lookups) and MS Office Skills.
