We are currently partnering with a telecoms client going through an exciting growth phase, looking for a Data Warehouse Manager to join their IT team.

Sitting within their Data Warehouse area this role will be one of three reporting into the Head of BI, and essentially will be the Data Warehouse Manager, and line manager for a team of 2 x BI Developers, responsible for Data Warehouse and managing data. They will be responsible for the Data Warehouse and Data.

The business are continuously looking to improve ways of reporting, data management, and their services to the business so in this role you will be play a key role in driving change and having an impact. It requires an innovative data warehouse manager, with excellent team management/leadership capability, as well as someone with the technical acumen to assess the data warehouse current state, and how they can do better, but also plan for future needs. Someone with good people management, and good ideas who now how to implement them will thrive in this role!

Required background:
* Team leadership and development
* MSSQL/ MS SQL Azure experienced
* Database developer experienced
* Database architecture and design including pros and cons of relevant schemas/structure etc.
* All aspects of MSSQL stack: SSIS, SSRS, SSMS etc.
* Database Installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, backups and recoveries
* Stakeholder management
