Role: Data Protection Associate
Location: Reading (Hybrid Working)
Duration: 3 Months Contract

The Role:

Our Client, a leading telecoms company, are looking for a Data Protection Associate to join their team based in Reading, on a short term contractual basis.

As part of the Data Protection Team, you will provide support to facilitate the company's compliance framework (including policies, processes, procedures and controls) operating in line with its legal and regulatory obligations in relation to data protection.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Inbox Monitoring
• Handling Subject Access Requests
• Handling Rights Erasure Checks
• Writing clear and concise reports and advisory briefs and performing detailed analysis.

Skills and Experience:

• GDPR Regulation Experience essential.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential; experience building and maintaining relationships both internally and externally.
• Strong analytical and guidance/report writing skills.
• Proven ability to implement change and manage processes
