Data Insight and Operations Analyst (Contact Centre)

If you are looking to apply your understanding of Call Centre data and systems, to add value to one of he UK's best known consumer technology brands, then this is the role for you!

We are looking for an Insight Analyst, who can support the Contact Centre channel with reporting and data analysis primarily of their dialler system within their call centres, then translate this data into actionable operational recommendations.

Reporting into a Head of Channel Operations, you will be identifying key operational performance issues from all the system data, and translating this into actionable intel for the Contact Centre teams. This may be to identify peak times for contacting target demographics or customers, or to support in the planning and systems readiness for launching new products or campaigns.

What we are looking for:

You'll be highly analytical, but also able to translate your data analytics for non-technical teams, to allow them to improve how they work based on your suggestions.

You'll have an existing understanding of call centre processes, and be able to help the contact centre teams across operations, whether it be with system issues, process improvement or performance reporting.

Engaging communication skills - allowing you to be able to influence and implement change, and make sensible recommendations to line management based on analysis of data.
