Customer Service Executive (Quotation Administrator)
Pre-sales Quotation Coordinator is urgently required by our Global IT Services Client for a rolling 3-month contract to be based in Warrington.
The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and progressing quotations for IT products and services, processing sales orders and manage through to delivery utilising multiple in house and external systems, maintaining and build relationships with internal and external customers.
Responsibilities will include:
Provide customer quotations in specified SLA's.
Proactively manage customer pricing and catalogues utilising supplier bids and approved suppliers.
Liaise with suppliers to create bids
Proactively manage customer part creations/closures with data management team.
Manage margin claims and all related finance queries
Proactively manage customer stock holding and forecast.
Create supplier accounts
Liaise with Sourcing for large opportunities to maximise revenue margins
Use of in house system
Process orders within specified SLA following Fulfilment processes
Ensure client specific parts are valid, and stock levels monitored to support delivery within the Technical Integration Centre, or "back to back" with suppliers.
Proactively manage stock availability and pricing via SAP systems
Produce and proactively manage customer specific reports
