CIM (Customer Implementation Manager) Assistant - Permanent - London

• Datacentre background with knowledge of datacentre products
• Strong administration experience
• Understanding of Microsoft Office

Our client is looking for a strong Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This will consist of looking after on-boarding new datacentre customers and is a great chance to work within a large organisation.

You will be expected to:

• Act as a point of contact for implementation questions during setup stage, dealing with customer queries
• Accurately quote customers for additional requirements during implementations
• Track customer orders
• Liaise with different departments to achieve contract commencement and agreed SLAs
• Update operations, CIM and finance systems with new customer information from new installs and customer churns
